You do not need a landline and there are no connection charges or set-up charges - just one simple rate. Should you use Internet Everywhere on your laptop when you go abroad, or if you exceed your monthly download limit, additional charges will apply. For international roaming, charges vary by zone. These charges, and additional download charges, are made clear to all users when they sign up for the service.
